Returns Policy:

Linens and gifts can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.  Customers bear all costs of returning the product and shipping charges are not refundable.  You must contact us for a return authorization prior to sending back any merchandise.

Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be returned in re-sellable condition. Cut fabrics, books, patterns and special orders cannot be returned.

• Q. Is your fabric 100% cotton? A. Yes, all our fabrics are 100% cotton, unless stated otherwise (wool, silk, etc.). We carry primarily quilter's cottons.

• Q. What is quilter's cotton? A: Quilter's quality is high-quality, high-thread count, first-run goods. It is more colorfast and fade-resistant than other cotton fabrics, with a tight weave that holds up to repeated washings. You can use quilter's cotton for any sewing project that calls for cotton fabric.

• Q: How wide is your fabric? A: Most of our fabric is 44/45" wide. Some pieces are 54". If the fabric width is not noted in the listing (sometimes we do forget!) you can safely assume it is 44/45".

• Q: How is your fabric sold? A: Fabrics are sold by the half-yard, unless it is listed as a fat quarter bundle, charm pack, or jelly roll. 

• Q: The shipping amount for my country is not listed. Is the shipping free? A: No. Our shipping platform cannot list rates for every country to which we ship. If you are in Canada, Australia, or the UK, the shopping cart should show your estimated shipping costs. For all other countries, place your order as usual and wait for an email from our shipping department giving you your options and prices.
